The closest, and nicest hotel to the Sam Dental clinic is the Hotel Ticuan. In fact, this is the hotel we give the highest recommendation, as it is not only just three blocks away, but is is a very nice facility. It was built just three years ago, and has an excellent English speaking staff. There are also several good restaurants nearby, as well as a good restaurant on site. They will even shuttle you to and from the clinic at no charge. Los Pelicanos Hotel, Rosarito
Located in Rosarito on the Pacific seashore, Los Pelicanos Hotel offers a space of tranquility and comfort. This hotel is right on the beach. It is one of our favorite hotels in the area. Although, it is a little far away for the days that you are are in the middle of dental treatments, it is perfect for the time you are waiting for your lab work to get done. This is a real cozy get away. There is easy access via a shuttle bus that takes you from near Sam Dental clinic to Rosarito.

The Grand Hotel, Tijuana
For a uxorious dental vacation, 5 stars. Located near downtown, right on the golf course of the Tijuana Country Club. La Villa de Zaragoza Hotel, Tijuana.
Here is where most of our patients have stayed, mainly because of it's close proximity. A modest hotel that is just 2 blocks from the dentist in Tijuana. It is not fancy, but is very clean and descent. There are several good restaurants, both on site as well as next door, and across the street. Cost is about $40 per night, if you tell them you are from Sam Dental, you will get 10% off.

City Express Hotel, Tijuana.
A newly built, nicer hotel. A fairly nice place, however, not extravagant. A multi-story building, with impressive security, both inside as well as in the parking area. Yo will find several photos on their Website.About 8 blocks from our clinic. The prices on the Website are listed in Mexican Pesos, but remember to divide the amount by 13.5, (the current exchange rate). The cost is about $58 per night with tax, and worth it.

Hotel Hacienda del Mar, Tijuana.
Many folks have stayed here because it is near the beach. A very nice moderate hotel, but is about 20 minutes from the clinic. Very nice for a relaxing stay. It is medium sized, (60 rooms), located just a couple minutes walking distance from the beach. There are several good restaurants, and shopping nearby. The cost is $38 per night. But transportation to the clinic will cost $7 each way.

Hotel Hacienda del Rio, Tijuana.

Travel Lodge Hotel, San Ysidro, CA.
This is a lower cost, fairly decent hotel located in the USA, just 10 blocks from the border, You can take a city bus back and forth to the border crossing for your appointments with your Mexican dentist. Hotel, Best Western Americana Inn, San Ysidro, CA. A very good hotel and perfect forthose who don't want to stay in Mexico. Good for dental tourism. Rooms start at $69.95 plus tax, but for an additional $10 per night, they will transport you back and forth to Sam Dental in Tijuana for all your dental appointments.
